Under the hood of PiFi is OpenWRT - if you are trying to manage plug-ins or customise the OpenWRT experience, you will find lots of information at the OpenWRT Wiki and OpenWRT forums
If it’s more specific to the PiFi implementation - such as Wireguard, OpenVPN, AdGuard or something else related to the PiFi build, you can search or create a topic in the PiFi community
App Issue
Support for the app is provided via the PiFi community - it is always worth searching and if you can’t find your answer and, if not, then create a post
